Chief Justice Angry Over 30,000 Vacancies For Minorities In Government Jobs



The Supreme Court has heard a suicide note case related to the Rahim Yar Khan temple attack. During the hearing, Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed said that a fight was reported over a water tap in Bhong. What happened that people started fighting over a sip of water? The Chief Justice of Pakistan in his remarks said that there is a need to bring moral reforms in the society.

Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani, Patron General of Pakistan Hindu Council, Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani informed the court that there is still danger due to the Kacha area in Bhong. Construction has not yet been completed.

On which the Chief Justice of Pakistan summoned the Advocate General of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the rostrum and asked him to explain why the Karak Temple has not been completed yet. Asked by the court, Advocate General KP said that the construction of Karak Temple has been completed as per the court order, there are videos of construction of Karak Temple and expressions of satisfaction of the Hindu community. The hearing of Rahim Yar Khan temple suicide note was adjourned for a month.

The court, after hearing the arguments of the parties, directed the Chief Secretary KP to submit a report on the construction of the Karak Temple. Later, the hearing of the Rahim Yar Khan Temple attack self-notice case was adjourned for a month.

According to daily Pakistan  the other hand, during the hearing of Rahim Yar Khan temple attack suicide note case, the Chief Justice of Pakistan expressed anger over the vacancy of 30,000 seats in government jobs. During the hearing, the court said in its remarks that we have been told that the federal, Punjab, KP and Balochistan governments are not recruiting on the quota of minorities.

On the remarks of the court, Chairman One-Man Commission Shoaib Suddle informed the court that there are currently 30,000 vacancies for minorities across the country. The concerned authorities should take immediate action and report on the issues related to the jobs of the minorities.

The court expressed concern over the 30,000 vacancies in government jobs for minorities and asked the federal government and provincial chief secretaries to co-operate with the one-man commission. The court further said that the concerned authorities should take prompt action and report on issues related to minority jobs
