Global Disability Summit is being held in Norway in February 2022 for the rights and protection of persons with disabilities. By attending this global summit, Pakistan should formulate its priorities for people with disabilities and ensure their participation in national development.One hundred days before the Second Global Disability Summit, Site Savers Pakistan is launching a new campaign and petition for the Government of Pakistan to play its role in improving the disability of people with disabilities.
The summit will be held in Norway in February 2022 to meet the global needs of men and women with disabilities and children with disabilities, and to ensure that they are included in policies and laws.
The February meeting is the world's largest meeting of persons with disabilities, governments, international agencies, charities and business leaders, and is an important opportunity for Pakistan to implement the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. ۔
The Community Based Inclusive Development Network in association with Pakistan is organizing the Sites Savers 'Equal World' campaign in which the government is urged to take advantage of this opportunity by attending this global summit.
